Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Winloq Domains, a service of Senloq Ltd, trading as Winloq ("we", "us"). Our company details are at the bottom of this page.

1. What we do

We research and suggest business, product or brand names, check each one for .com availability, UK trade mark clashes and identical Companies House names on the day we deliver, and, depending on your package, provide a wordmark and brand basics.

2. Not legal advice

Our trade mark screen is a search for identical and closely similar marks. It is not legal clearance or advice. Before investing heavily in a name, consult a registered trade mark attorney.

3. Domains

You register any domain yourself, in your own name, and pay the registrar directly. Availability can change at any time after we deliver. If your chosen name is registered by someone else within 24 hours of delivery, we will suggest a replacement free.

4. Prices, delivery and refunds

Prices are fixed and shown on our website. We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your completed brief. If we deliver late, you can ask for a full refund and keep the names. If you are not happy with the names, we provide one further round free.

5. Ownership

Once paid, you may use the names, wordmarks and materials we deliver for your business without restriction.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of rebranding. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
